ok why is Doc or ambulance is needed? Chalo RM writers predictable brains🤪they may show someone like Devika on road side gets into labour pains crying for help stopping vehicles, so as a patient she may be taken inside same ambulance,👏 will R as Bharat Mata hide from Devika not to get recognized? or Devika knew R is escaping from jail & inside ambulance, hence she fakes labour to get in?

So Mohan has 2 chances:either will find D car,fix it somehow and have an accident or will meet R and get shot while trying to protect her (cause during confession said will even die for her)
