ab people bolenge divorce papers sign kar liya aur divorce hogaya i know Aisa nahi hota but after signing divorce you have to file it in the court aur proceedings hogi waisa kuch nahi hua she moved on and married nav. Agar real life scenario se dekhnege toh unki shadi avaidh hai 🤭 because show me koi follow up hua hi nahi after signing divorce papers

Yes Akshara saving those girls was a noble thing to do however it was a stupid thing to do also.

Forget everything else- she put herself and her babies into a dangerous situation - these are the same babies she begged Abhi to have despite knowing her pregnant will be risky, she even told Abhi if something were to happen in her pregnancy, she wants him to choose the babies. In the picnic, Abhi while going on his fruit mission legit told her please stay safe, if you need anything- tell someone. Instead this girl went to jungle by herself, got injured, and was then told by her doctor that she needs to be extremely careful and the care should now be 200%. Then before Abhi went to the medical visit at another hospital, after saving Akshara from slipping on the rug, he removed the rugs and he felt so restless, didn’t want to leave her as he felt something bad will happen, so made her promise to stay safe in their room. Yes, she had cramps and it was good she went to the hospital - Abhi said the same. However, what was the need to get out and fight goons that outnumbered them- especially when she is a woman in a risky pregnancy. Any other person would think, I called the cops- let me stay in the car and wait for them to come because it’s not safe- it doesn’t matter if you are pregnant or not- 2 people can’t enter a fight with guys that outnumber them and when they have no back up. The scene showed that Akshara was planning on getting out, Neil locked her in the car and went instead. So if she didn’t she get out of the car, Neil wouldn’t have felt the need to either.
So please tell me what did Akshara gain by trying to get out the car also? After everything she went through to have this pregnancy , why would she put herself and her babies at risk?

Yes those girls were in a dangerous situation, however they called the cops didn’t they and the cops said they are coming. In my opinion, they should have stayed in the car and recorded- so they would have proof of those criminals. Plus they already did something noble, they stopped and called the cops- some people don’t even do that

A mother slapping a kid is abuse. A mother falsely accusing her child of murders is also verbal abuse. And there are laws for child protection. Two kids fighting in a park is also abuse. A teacher hitting a student is also abuse. A driver shouting at another driver in a traffic jam is also abuse.

But that would still not make it spousal abuse. There is literally different legal definitions of different forms of abuse. A student cannot file a DV case against a teacher because they are not in a domestic relationship. Different laws applies in different scenarios.

But Akshara is abusive because she holds the collar in confrontation and Abhimanyu just screams on the top of his lungs emotionally and mentally abusing a vulnerable woman comes under regular chit chats between spouses because he didn’t touch her in the process.

... 100 baat ki ek baat: the actual problem is not what akshara said, it is what she did - i.e. marry abhinav. How dare the female lead fall in love with someone else? Why did she not become a jogan pining away for his love? Why isn't she crying in a corner wanting him and their soul love desperately? Everything else is mental gymnastics...

Everyone should understand abhimanyu and his pain, his trauma, his actions which are allegedly justified bec.... "haalaat"..... But no such leeway is given to any other character. A character is respectable only as long as it panders to abhimanyu.
