Dhruv ka pyar, care, trust , efforts sab same hi hai na sadi chahe jo bhi ho in fact 17st century me Dhruv bohot jyada suffer kiya hai compared to Tara's suffering in 21st century

bcz in 21st Century Dhruv was there to support her , people forget that It's Dhruv who suggest his family to Keep A stranger and it's normal to take time to trust a stranger but The moment he trust her he did everything he could.

While in 17th century Though be brought A Doctor still He need to face test after test thanks to Senapati for trouble and Luckily Tara , Maharani, Mahaveer & Sukanya was there to help that's why he could manage..that's why we could tolerate those torture somehow

But now it's unbearable bcz he suffering for no reason and there is no one to help him while he is trying to help others selflessly
