I was glad she was a baddie but not at this level. Even Samrat wasn’t this cunning - this one is on another level.

Problem is Dhruv has zero skills when it comes to handle 17th century politics:

- when he was first captured Tara made sure to get the arrow in her neck and prove Dhruvs worth

- during the election phase king cast the winning vote

- During the agnipariksha time queen with her long speech handled the scene

- when he was first sent to prison Mahavir used his skills to save him

- with Samrat it was mahavirs strategy that worked and Dhruv had technical skills no doubt but both tara and Mahavir knew the weak points of Samrat.

- when samrat manipulated him he was out of control and king died - then got manipulated again by Samrat and although Samrat was arrested he already had plan B which he never told Dhruv

So I have zero faith in Dhruvs ability to get out of a sticky situation. He doesn’t know how play mind games or how they are played. He needs support from at least one person in 17th.century who has a good mind. Him planning to do this on his own can and will end in disaster.

Shyam is smart and cunning and determined. Dhruv is smart but not 17th century smart and he is not cunning. If he plans something on his own he will fail. That’s the fact and we have seen it since curse - nothing he does is working unfortunately.

It’s unfair that he is being objectified like this even Samrat was respectful towards tara until that one scene. The hard fact is if he tries to plan on his own that’s a plan which will fail. Here I am seeing first time where a protagonists plans are not working.
