Saw the film

Aloo bhatt gave such funny expressions in some of the scenes (unintentionally)

Lmao

All her minuses got exposed in the film tbh

The film in itself was a tack fest with bad cgi and poor screenplay , sometimes looked like those spy movies we see on tv .

Forgettable! Aloo bhatts hollywood career has been pooped

When it comes to Alia and the criticism about her, I'm always angry about KJo who - in my mind - is responsible for most of the bad impression expressed and the snide remarks done.

He made himself the mentor of a very young and very impressionable girl to massage his own ego as a 'star-maker'... and Alia had no one to hinder him to do so although she got some directors who made her act very well.

SRK tried to make clear to her that she had the potential to stay on her own feet, that she didn't need someone else anymore except her continuing to working hard on her acting...but...well...obviously she couldn't tell KJo "Go to Hell"...

It's not all bad. She benefitted greatly through KJo's guidance and help. Look at her now. Had she not had KJo she would've been forgotten by now.

but if we say that we must put the onus of HOS on this director. I’m all for personal responsibility

Oh, I won't deny Alia's personal responsibility and I'm not angry at KJo for being a mentor to young actors and actresses. My anger is relative to the how he did it/does it...it basically undermines a beneficial goal of taking personal responsibility.

I wonder how much he really cares for Alia in comparison to how much he cares for himself...and how much he puts up different fronts and masquerades.

Somehow it paines me because I've the feeling (since long) that he steadily goes downhill...

Im discussing something else. 😆That if her success in India is only cause she steps into right situation (good directors and writers tho all of them are hit and miss). Why isnt this failure being put on the people who made wrong situation (writer/director)

🤷

Ah, okay... you're not wrong blaming them, too...however, I suppose that not everybody would have chosen Alia if it had not been because of Karan...

Anyways, it's just my personal impression and I could be mistaken...

probably it's Alia who manipulates KJo into doing all what he did/does😉

No one is really blaming them for making such a "situation".
