Right now in Pakistan the news of domestic help children being abused is prominent. She is speaking about that I guess. It's better to care about miserable things happening in the world rather than care about the sexuality and marital status of an individual.

She don't have to call out. LGBT is against the law and religion. She is anyway hated a lot and if she vocally states her stand on lgbt she might anger people within the industry as well.
