Both dj and yuvika are the case of nepotism.

Going with DJ's character arc, he is also just came in office and start working without proving himself and rest is history.Though we haven't seen how everything went with dj.

Same goes with yuvika, she just lands sengupta's project with her "good deed" instead of skill. Give a speech on middle class aspirations in presentation on luxury brand and impressed sengupta and DB. Now became the head of a vertical (thanks to dhanraj). So far yuvika is lucky. She haven't done anything by herself yet.
