I think execution is really bad here and this is from the starting.... I am trying to look at each perspective since this leap .. few points which I would like to make :

1. At this rate Kashish thinking Sujal killed her husband felt more relatable... I never thought I would say this but Balaji executed this track much better years before .

2. Goenkas also have lost two sons and two daughter-in-laws ( Don't know about Keesh , Gayu and Vatsal so can't say ) ...If they would have shown that Goenkas know the pain of loosing children at the start of this leap that's why Ak didn't came to UD then they would have been more empathetic and nostalgia factor of Gen2 would have worked wonder ..but no they have to be shown as pathetic family who doesn't care about their daughter... Like Seriously???

3.The whole existence of AA ... Why couldn't they show Vatsal , Krish coming back ... Why couldn't Kairav took care of her .. I can't believe that the kid who took care of her baby sister when his mother died and behaved more sane than his other parent could do something like this .. at this point he is looking like Dukaan bade Darshan chote ..

In all this what they want to prove the message is ok but execution sucks ... Better they start showing Therapy for all and Counseling for Abhir and not some clownery which happened with Kairav in Mumbai.

I remember HC mentioning in an interview about Sujal Garewal being one of the only ML being remembered in ITV , little did he know he was going to play the next one.

And about execution to be honest whatever clownery Dkp has made in Gen3 se Balaji k sabhi executions better hote hai.

Even if you see Baarish it's really good, it has pace and has a lot of subplots. Unlike Dkp's half baked leaps.

I do understand your point here. I also don't think the solution is to just retort back to calling Ak a grahan just cuz she's calling Abhimanyu that. And Abhimanyu falling out of love with her also won't bring any solutions cuz she is unlikely to understand even then what she did wrong....she will only further spiral in bitterness.

Ultimately she does need therapy to get over her mental issues that have turned her into this abusive personality who is constantly physically and verbally abusing Abhimanyu since the last 8 months.....but unfortunately, makers don't seem to have the caliber to write something of that nature. They only continue to normalize her abusive behavior and then just throw in a token apology in passing without showing any realization/regret in her of what exactly she said or did wrong.

Even her saying a sorry to Abhi for keeping Abhir away from him was done so casually and so in passing that no one can tell when exactly she had this realization that her blocking Abhimanyu from Abhir was wrong....lol she only randomly said it when Abhimanyu fully gave up his rights on Abhir.....so anyone will wonder ki what kind of mind is this and not feel any sympathy for such obviously shallow and opportunistic behavior.

Sadly makers don't want to show any story of people having positive interactions towards rebuilding anything.....Abhimanyu has wanted to be there for her since a long time but makers deliberately turned the whole story in such a way that even his own son now only looks at him as some abstract entity and doesn't seem to feel any emotional draw towards him....so how do you give love to heal people in such a situation when they just keep looking THROUGH you?

This is the exact reason why I just can't sympathise with her character. Like I was angry at Abhi on different occasions but I could relate to him and still support him because he always gets a redemption track for all the mistakes. He never hesitates to say or rectify his mistakes.

For instance during Mandir confrontation I was really pissed at Abhi but he realised his mistake regretted it and apologized to everyone including Arohi and Nav.

That's why I get pissed when I see PPL comparing him with AK 's mistakes. Who always gets whitewashed.

And no matter what and who I just can't stand physical abuse whether it's with a woman, a man, an animal or anyone else!

Except for when it's in defence!

Like the famous Kunal Khera slap or beating up the molester.

The problem is the RELENTLESS physical abuse they've been showing from Ak and Goenkas towards Abhimanyu.....they really behave like animals with him with the constant collar grabbing, pushing, disrespecting.

Ak was also treated badly by Birlas on WD but that was still the ONLY time that Manjiri physically pushed her.....after that she's said mean things to Ak verbally but she's never gotten constantly physical with her.....yet Ak and most of the Goenkas CONSTANTLY do physical abuse on Abhimanyu and makers have normalized this. How is this acceptable by any stretch?

Why are we supposed to sympathize with people who constantly behave like animals feeling entitled to rip and claw at Abhimanyu physically?
