I don't think he was lying, Prem could've been a totally different person before his marriage and waned to waste money to make this cheap bar into a luxury bar...DB would've objected but he would've buttered up DB somehow...I'm just happy that we are finally moving away from 75th party and hearing and moving forward to new storylines.

Dhanraj definitely sending her there so that she gets scared & quits business but he can't create absolute false narrative because DB ko bhi idea hoga if Prem had any dream project. So it's a mix up of Prem's dream & Dhanraj's modification.

I think it is about removal of that bar to construct a school for kids on that land
