Danish was a struggling model but a relatively known face. Ayeza happened to add him on Orkut at that time. They got talking. Soon after, they met in person for the first time at the agency where they were modeling. Some days passed and he asked her if he could meet her mom for the alliance. He went over and told her mom about his marriage plans and she asked him to get his family over. 😆

Ayeza's side liked the proposal but her khandaan was very upset with them for getting her married to someone outside the family when apparently there were some great suitors in the family itself. Another cousin marriage dodged 😆 cuz her mother was hell bent on this one. Lol

They were both studying and had just got started with their careers so the decision was made to do a baat pakki/mangni of sorts. The reason why it got called off was because their families developed some differences. Inspite of the break up they continued to stay in touch without the families getting to know about this but eventually they all knew. It took them time to get the families back together. They both didn't want to do anything by going against their families either. And even they themselves were going through ups and downs in their relationship. They have different personalities and would have different point of views, add to that the age gap where one was more mature than the other. They couldn't let go off each other but at the same time they were practical to know the chances of an official reconciliation were slim since things went wrong at the family level and that they would actually have to move on and look for matches outside.

It was Ayeza's mom again who helped Danish initiate the reconciliation process all over again. This means the problems were solvable after all, but like destiny would have it, it just needed to happen at the right time.

I just have to jump in here to clear a few misconceptions because I am well aware of Danish and Ayeza's timeline. Its funny that such accusations are made when there have been direct statements from the parties involved multiple times.

Danish and Ayeza had known each other for the longest time and Danish had always been clear with the intention of wanting to marry her. He even made it a point to talk to her mother about it.

Ayeza has always been a working woman, except when she was pregnant. Danish has never been insecure or jealous in the past or the present.

When she started off in the industry, she would consult him because of his experience. But the final call of signing a project was always her's. Additionally, Danish asked Ayeza’s mom if he could play Jaan-e-Alam (has to be the most villainy and sadistic character of his career). Had Ayeza’s mom said no, he would have given up the role. This was after they got married and were parents to two children already.

Ayeza ended up becoming a much bigger name when they were in their courtship phase, which was also no cakewalk. Their “break up” fueled many rumours at the time, mostly since many weren’t even aware that the two were together. It was a misconception that Danish was the jealous party. But the truth was, it was because of the families not being on the same page. These two would still keep in touch secretly though.

Also, them getting back together was Danish talking to Ayeza’s parents and getting both their parents to agree. When that happened, he called Ayeza and asked her if she would want to get married to him.

Ayeza herself has given statements stating because of all the hurdles they faced, she wanted to get married and start a family as soon as possible. And who can blame her for wanting that.

If Danish was such an insecure man, he would have never married someone who was a bigger star than him. Or even if he did, she wouldn’t be working today. There are enough examples of some actresses who retired from acting after they got married.

Hell, Ayeza would have never been able to do a show like Mere Paas Tum Ho if Danish was a domineering husband. Ayeza also got offered a part in an Imtiaz Ali film and when she spoke about it to Danish he said it’s completely her choice. She would have been a part of that project if things were still fine between both countries.

Her career has always been her own, she has her own mind and her free will. She earns her own money and has been independent. When Hassan Chaudhry asked Danish about Ayeza going on vacations etc by herself he said very clearly that if he can do it why not Ayeza? She has her dreams and aspirations then who is he to stop her from achieving whatever she wants?

But I would definitely say that if Danish is a great husband, Ayeza is a great wife too. Love is nothing without respect, free will and security, and these two have it all.

^^its all good they're married now and all but was she like 16ish while he was in his 20s when they first got together? that's a bit hmm weird ..but i guess different culture i'm not gonna judge ..

comeon are we going to judge someone in his twenties dating a 16 year old now? 😆Its not even remotely blasphemous compared to the age gaps in Hollywood..and in Bollywood, there are stranger things that have happened - Bebo being happily married to a man today, whose first wedding she attended as a kid..and Saif pulled her cheeks back then and said that she is very cute🤣 I was just rewatching Gossip Girls, and kids in west start early by god...Chuck lost his virginity in 6th grade and by 19-20 everyone was sleeping around with everyone😆

In any case they got married later...so IDK whats the issue😆
