All i see is a girl in her teenage phase who seems to have a bit of a tan situation going on like most people. Moreover this is like.. nearly a decade and a half year old picture!? Back when the camera quality made everyone look a shade or two different and when the same base was applied to everyone irrespective of the difference in skin tones. The makeup progression there has been slower than what you see in the Indian Showbiz. Also, These three individuals are anything but the same tone, but here in the picture there's hardly any difference. And ofcourse with time people groom. She got into showbiz when she was in her late teens and at the same time kept her education going side by side. For that reason she might even appear more groomed than the girls of her age and ofcourse she has always been someone who looks mature for her age. Also, with millennial kids the glow up phase used to kick in sometime after metric (unlike today's times where some kids in early teens start looking like adults). All of Ayeza's work is there for people to see right from the time she started and she has always been doing a project back to back. So in that sense you can actually see the gradual progression with her which every individual goes through. From her childhood pics you can make out she was light skinned and growing up might have got tanned like majority of us. Post entering the glam world she must have got the usual treatments done like facials and de tans which seem to work just fine. Considering all the above, There's nothing so unbelievable about her tone.
