Regrets are wasted energy...but you could learn from the (perceived) errors...you wrote about fear, Minty...is fear still guiding your (emotional) life?

Don't regret anything. Would've, could've, should've, and reminiscing past what-ifs are traps that keep you from living life to the fullest and embracing the present. Every decision you have made, good, bad, and ugly, is part of your journey and has made you who you are today.

You said no for a reason. Trust yourself to make the right decision for yourself. And if you were indeed a pre-teen, it's probably for the best. Also, the thing is - you don't have to say yes to every person who is kind, caring, and genuine. Sometimes, I feel women are often made to feel bad that they don't appreciate good men or let go of the good ones. But it's your life and if it didn't feel right for even the slightest reason, it's completely ok. You should never ever feel regret or remorse.
