If that scene would have been of no importance then R wouldn't say at the end there is love in Mohan's hate-hint for D to know he only plays against R but helps her in reality? Team Mohan defense is kind of weak,if they hope by cornering D every day will make her commit a mistake that will help them. Can turn against them too if D finds out and starts playing their game. Cause her plans may fail in execution but she knows how to read people intentions and create escape plan.

All Damini needs to do is to just highlight that Radha crash entered Trivedi home and Mohan's life, she never knew about Gungun before but later used both devotion and Gungun as trump card to woo a melancholic widower/father grieving for his dead wife (which is becoming hard to believe of him nowadays). Damini can also focus on Hriday who being betrothed to Radha, kidnapped Gungun and put Trivedi family in risk (we all know that Damimi is the vamp here and she planned everything but she as a vamp is cute and appeals more than the fake devotee Radha). Finally, she should center around all Radha accused Mohan to get married to him and Mohan instead of demanding an apology from her is now patronizing her to an unbelievable extent which indicates that he is willing and happy to make himself a fool of in public which off late post marriage it is how the writer is portraying Mohan

Sorry to say, the court Mohan comedy scene was not appealing at all taking into consideration it is coming from a man who is still unaware of how his wife died and is losing his character consistency

Majority of M's scenes with R last few weeks onscreen are coming across more as CHEAP, IMMATURE, LUSTFUL, TEENAGER FIRST TIME INFATUATION or CRINGE CLOWNERY.

Kind of Maturity, Dignity, Decency, Rage, Intensity M's character showcased in 2022 has gone under gutter.

Court sequences do have the potential to make good tracks - Simo--Abhi and Jagdish -- Sanchi in bv come to mind. Whether or not the proceedings were shown right, both sequences were really good phases in the respective tracks.

Needs to be seen whether they can take it somewhere close to it or something like the Goa one where all logic is sacrificed just to continue their pet story. Its a good place to expose D... but dont have much hope they will do it.

Most R court scenes BTS are already out, much in advance.. 😔 last one is where M asks for 1 hour time from judge, then he is shown spying on T's bro & damini's phone calls.😳

T didn't commit suicide years back & T didn't write those letters to G.🤗 Viewers know this much, as ghost is screeching. 😛 But there are many past instances, which guess devika lawyer brings out in court (unknown to M) against R & her Barsana family, which showcase R was PAAGAL for years after M, even when he was married to T,😲 & how she FORCE married M using G by defaming M & his family with false accusations.

On some health grounds of her heart patient father or by showcasing R has some mental health issues, feel Shekar can get R bail atleast just to give relief to R that she will be out for Rakhi festival.😳

The least they will do is prove R is innocent around T - dont think there will be a bail. Her past - whether pagal or not - doesn't seem like would be of much importance except for bringing the sequence to the edge. The outcome - i dont know if they'll be ready to punish D as yet. blame is likely to go on T's brother.

R's & her families past can have impact if used well by D, in that still pending G custody case.

Anyhow why lawyer Devika is shown heavily pregnant..what writers want to showcase?😕 she knows her date is near but is still carelessly fighting an intense mentally & physically taxing criminal case till her due? so that she gets into labour within court hall? her child will get into some trouble? there's foreshadowing we get in Kaveri's dialogues about Devika's child..
