Man what a miserable track - I haven’t watched the show, nor am I inclined to watch it as I find this track ridiculous and unnecessary.
Initially they sold us the story that no matter what DT are supposed to be together, then they said no they aren’t but they are trying to be together- they changed tracks this random for drama is plain stupidity. Then in between more family drama and nothing is making sense.
Dhruv finding out about his dad and his being angry is justified but he is also aware:
- The queen as soon as her exile was over told him about Ravi and she did not know he was his father. She even took him to meet Ravi.
- it was the same day kids found out about Ravi and Tara later on found out about Ravi being dad.
- She went to tell Dhruv and was stopped by Samrat. Her mistake was not telling him afterwards but she did say to him when he asked what’s bothering you and she replied I can’t say.
- As soon as they realised he was missing they actively looked for him. They have one thing in mind to reunite Dhruv and Ravi and care for him.
So yes, his anger is absolutely understandable but it’s matter of situation and bad decision. They want to not upset him anymore and give him a healthy Ravi which is stupid as Dhruv is the doctor.
What I don’t get is after this level of anger what made his anger go? Death of the king? Dhruv spent 25 years without his father and Tara will suffer rest of her life without her father who was murdered of all things. We know king is bad she doesn’t. Dhruv also was uncharacteristically angry before the killing scene.
If there is no trust then I am not sure what is the point of watching a show where two are madly in love and have the trust but then tough situation arises and it’s all gone? I am not sad king is dead but I don’t think this was the way for him to go. In all this he was at fault as he captured Ravi and did not listen to his wife.
Equally sad is to see that Samrat is still ahead of them in smartness and he knows how to play the game and so well. He seems to be the lead of the of the show and rest are in supporting role. Samrat sitting in prison has literally made them all his puppets and he even told them that I am not done. I get that other issues are there but has no one ever heard of multitasking? Anyway, Samrat as a lead is good as he has the smarts, knows what he wants and gets it, took him a second to realise that he was duped and took both DT in sword fight and almost won too, knows what buttons to push, knows what needs to be done to achieve his objectives. Kudos to him 👏👏
What I would have liked is Tara telling Dhruv about dad, when that didn’t happen then yes Dhruv being angry but then thinking about situation, if the king died then yes grief is okay but then thinking again. Anyway, MU kills everything and stupid ones like this is worse than one that makes sense.
The stupid ITV always ruins a show. There are so many other ways to show the same thing but you get the same old formula which is boring now. It certainly isn’t unique or different. I am not sure how Anusiya can be a baddie but if she is it makes sense as she is the only one in the group who is not in loop about almost every thing apart from Dhruv being alive.
Let’s see if they tank this or save it. I won’t watch until I get what I was promised but sad that topic is - is the love real? It appears story is told from Dhruv pov and as in any story when you watch or read it from one side the other side always confuses most. We don’t know what’s going on in Tara’s mind - Dhruv thinks about tara and we saw that I want to see what Tara thinks about Dhruv. I want to see and hear her side. I do think she loves him and very much but I want to see it vocalised just like I am seeing Dhruv vocalising his feelings.
