Wow! They are both amazing here, as is the composition and arrangement. I get to hear so many such beautiful numbers in Malayalam and Tamil - BW rarely has such amazing numbers these days.

But this is not a movie song. It is a Carnatic composition - a devotional Tamil song composed in the form of an interaction between Krishna & mother Yashoda. The mother tries to stop him from going out to play, & the son counters convincing her to allow him to go. It is a delightful number, These two have done justice to it. 👍

That's great to know. I didn't understand the lyrics - don't really understand much of Malayalam. But the instrumentation is just so soothing.

Though both are good, Rituraj is simply awesome. He is so effortless and perfect. Sreya has a wee bit of a clipped accent since it is Tamil. But they are so good together. 👍.

Tamil &Malayalam do sound similar to the uninitiated. 😁. So no worries. Not like kannada & Telugu which sound distinct.
