Who Are Anuj adopted parents??

Does anyone think that Anuj bio father knows kapadia and before the dies or whatever happened to him , did he gave Anuj to kapadia because I wonder how did Malti devi knows that Anuj is her son because she left her husband and anuj when he was born??

Anuj was adopted from same orphanage from which he Adopted anu.

It seems anuj n his father met accident n he landed in orphanage.

It's still not shown whether anuj's father is alive or not. It's also not shown yet whether MD knows about her child being alive or not. May be she thinks her husband n her child r no more.

No no, anuj and CA are not adopted from same orphanage as CA's orphanage is only for girls, the name of that orphanage is nanhi pari or something like that

Also orphanage of CA belongs to his (anuj's) friend

Not to be disrespectful but glad they passed away soon. Had they seen what their incapable and ungrateful son is doing nowadays , they would have regretted bringing him from orphanage into their life...
