I think he is just desperate. Desperate for love, attention, loyalty. He is hurrying, true, but he is doing it out of love and untill he is not hurting her with his insecurities, it's cute. Also radhi ne apne concerns pr khud hi raita phaila diya hai 🤷🏻♀️

She likes him. Even has the first phases of love. But she wants to know him more. She physically went ahead cause she felt it right with him.
She wants to be his comfort. But won't rely on him yet.
If you observe, when her dad asks "aaj hi roka kar denge kya?"
She says abhi bas milne bulaya hai.
So she is fine with taking the relationship forward, but is not in a haste to get married. That's what I feel.
