The moron does love and needs her.

He needs to talk. Hopefully he will.

I am not calling it cheating but a mistake. But for Khushi that’s what it is, a mistake which she is not ready to forgive.

It’s like if you can do the final act then why not stop.

See consent under influence of alcohol s also fraudulent. If Arnav had not realised even for a moment that it was not Khushi, she would have forgiven him for even having ONS while drunk.

We forgive people we love and who love us dearly. That is why professionals help us see what is important in a relationship.

That he was honest rather than lying that he could easily do is actually in his favor.

Isnt that his biggest problem, he can not talk. Not when it matters at least.

He wanted to have this talk when she readily agreed for divorce but now he just can not.

There is no doubt he loves her, it’s not easy to let go of the person you love when you know you will just have to ask and the other person can bend backwards for you. But still he did for her sake.

Yes we do, but sometimes some mistakes are not easy to forgive, specially for a wife who trusts her husband blindly.

She will live in the doubt that if he could do it once will he do it again, not a easy thing to forgive even with professional help.

And she might have also forgiven him had the last year and Arnav’s divorce decision not happened.

Dear Author,

I really appreciate your writing skill for Penn down such impactful chapter. The anguish of the chapter haunt me yet the way you describe it, it's beautiful..

After today's chapter, My resolve for Khushi must get the divorce and free from Arnav, get strengthen..

In this whole confession phase, Arnav said he did mistake, a drunken mistake and few more Mistakes .

Mistakes ??? Really ??? If whatever Arnav did to Khushi is considered just mere mistakes or error in judgement, then The definition of mistakes should be redefined..

All Arnav did was Sins, nothing but sins.. His first sin was taking Khushi for granted, considering that she does not poses a brain or her emotions are not so deep..

The whole chapter is palpable with agony, but the line, " Begger can not be chooser", said it all..Khushi's hurt, pain, feeling of betrayal, agony, sorrow, helplessness but overall the feeling of unworthy..

Arnav very well knew Khushi was emotionally, socially and economically depends on him, just like majority of the wife in our Indian senerio..And what Arnav did, he just make Khushi believe that , yes she is not worthy enough to even have an proper discussion with, she does not possess a brain so she can not take a decision, her emotions does not matter so she can be abandoned..

Still, Arnav is considered as a " good man ".. Irony much, is not it ?? The people like Arnav does not kill someone physically, but they robbed someone emotionally so much that their soul left them making them emotionally dead and vulnerable, just like Khushi.. Arnav is nothing but a brainless, egoist, coward who is unable to own up his sins.. Here also he is using Khushi as his shield or may say, as his way to salvage himself., To get rid of his guilt..

Khushi said it right, she does not have any choice but to go on and follow Arnav wish.. the more I think, The more I feel disgusted with Arnav.. He is worst than Shyam..at least Shyam did not pretend to be good like Arnav did..

The small paragraph about VD and his happiness is the good news fore here as a reader..I just have that desperate hope, that Khushi move on with VD, it's not she has to get married with him, at least regain her self respect and re discover her self worth and willingly divorce Arnav....

For me, Arnav is toxic for Khushi and Khushi needs a person in her life who help her to rediscover herself..

Once again, hatts off for choosing this subject to Penn down and perfectly portraying down the emotions..

Good luck.. waiting for next..

💕

Tashi, yes, he was going to have a talk with Khushi before the divorce but did you read what he realized? It would not have made any difference. He had already made up his mind that he was going to go through with the divorce. He still hasn’t told her that he thought that he didn’t love her anymore. She already thinks their ten year marriage was a sham and she was only a responsibility for him. In fact she took less precedence than a possible pregnant one night stand, friends and employees. That’s how low she feels Arnav’s thoughts about her are.

The reason I am still harping about dr*gs or boxers is because Arnav may have made many mistakes, but he is not that weak mentally that he would let any need of s*x overpower him while he was drunk knowing it was not Khushi even if for a fleeting second.

And now why boxers are important, I have said it will say it again Arpita does not write anything without a thought, she would not have mentioned it if it was just a quickie.

Secondly, I don’t think Arnav being r*ped can be a scenario in this fiction.

And thirdly only a drunken mistake will not excuse Arnav of cheating for many so I am sure it’s not that simple as it looks.

Waiting for lunatic POV.

And then only will let my heart break

yes bollybabe, I am not saying what he was doing or going to say was ever going to be right.

I am just saying now was his chance to talk but still his guilt did not let him express his feelings freely.

He keeps on blaming himself and not talk freely about all the reasons behind his past decisions even if they sound stupid to him now.

He is wrong but at least he should present his case properly.

Khushi will still be hurt but at least she can then understand his intentions. Because otherwise she will just think she was never cared for, never ever loved by him.

Tashi, I think Lavenya absolutely took advantage of the situation that Arnav put himself in. He stayed , drank too much in a short period of time and whether he was drugged or not he made an irreversible mistake that may well cost him his wife. And even if they stay together that hurt will always be with Khushi and he will always know it.

But that is just one of the many mistakes he made. If he hadn’t in his self centered mixed up way, treated Khushi the way he did for over a year it may have been easier to forgive. As it is, it is just one of many bad decisions he made.

Ohh Arpita what have you done to me. I was relieved that somehow my obsession with this story has slightly lessened once I knew Arnav never cheated, but seems like u took it as challenge and reined me back in. I am again hopelessly sucked into this vortex that's resurgence

The chapter was so heartbreaking, so beautiful. The pain Khushi went through though I could understand and feel in initial chapters hit me hard once again. The way she has given up on herself, feels herself unworthy and is at the receiving end for all well meaning decisions everyone had taken for her

Arnav what can I say...God the man still couldn't talk to save what's most important for him. His pain too is crystal clear here and I am happy u didn't made him a chatterbox immediately. He couldn't still talk to tell her he loves her when he knows he does.

My heart is breaking for both of them so much. More so for Khushi as she rightly pointed out all his behaviour. He got a taste of his own medicine and I am happy it was Khushi who showed him how much he has hurt her

Where do they go back from here. How to look away from this one year and as both said the drunken mistake? Is there any chance in million that they can overcome this? I seriously don't know. Add to that the secret Arnav is still willing to take to grave and his unwillingness to have babies. I don't see the end to this frankly

I want Khushi to move on. I want her to be happy. Arnav loves her but not sure whether that love is right for her or not. Having said that does Arnav deserves a second chance? Does he deserve the loneliness? We all have said at one point that Khushi cannot love another as she loves Arnav then it's same for Arnav too. Khushi was still wronged so she may be able to overcome her love and accept someone else. Will Arnav able to. That's a firm no. So he would be lonely in the end. As he initially wanted.

Regarding lavanya I cannot rest easy till I know she gets what is coming for the havoc she created. If Khushi wants to leave Arnav that's fine. But I hope that should only be because his barbaric treatment of her and stonewalling her and not because someone malicious enough was there to break them. Arpita atleast grant me this wish that Khushi too knows he was set up and there wasn't much he could do once he was trapped

The entrance of a new man on horizon. We are assuming that is for Khushi. But most of our assumptions have been broken before.

I don't know what to think anymore. I wanted arshi to work for the sheer love they had between them. But that now doesn't seem to be the outcome.

Thank you Arpita for this masterpiece though❤️
