If Dhruv wasn't born, Jai was the only Saxena heir, and assuming that Ravi disappeared in this timeline too, then Sushi should've gone mentally bonkers or killed herself.

It was originally mentioned that Lalita gave Dhruv to Sushi so that she had a reason to live, and they feared for her health once Ravi disappeared.
