Ignoring ZHZB, it should reach about 120 Cr from that opening.

Oppenheimer did 6.7 crores on Monday here, barbie did over 4crs. Is it possible these two movies still have legs by next weekend

Bobby do you feel that the movie actually has good buzz at ground level? I’m curious as to why/how you think this will open at 13 and make 130. Or is this more of an instinctual prediction?

I do feel that the buzz for RRKPK is average overall, but I feel the movie will do 13.5 cr opening! Alia's film Gangubai did 9 Cr opening, and that was a film mostly riding on her shoulders, whereas RRKPK has Ranveer and KJO for added support.

As for my lifetime prediction of 131 cr, I have faith in Karan Johar as a director! He has 100% success record as a director so far. Yes, he may have gotten some of his success to be exaggerated in the media, but his movies do pull decent box office numbers.

Also, they haven't shown too much yet of Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan, etc. I think there is strong merit in the film that is being kept hidden, especially with the film's runtime of nearly 3 hours!

I remember with Jug Jug Jeeyo last year, I hated the trailer, but ended up really liking the film! The film also ended up having a good trend at the box office!
