Her issue is not with abhir changing behavior. Her issue is abhir now being a Birla.

Clearly, she doesn’t. That’s why we don’t see her trying to find Abhir and see if he is okay. That’s why we see her yelling unnecessarily at the father who didn’t know what happened at school, and she knew this too. That’s why we don’t see her being samajhdaar about the situation and handle it with care cause it is such a sensitive topic. No wonder her son keeps running away instead of trying to face his issues and find a way to resolve them.

And let’s not forget, she should know that her son is also disturbed because she basically called him a financial burden.

Akshara's Abhinav Sharma jaap looked odd.. but anyways used to it now. She herself claiming she has faults but she has Abhinav to fix them?? So she is also not a good parent?

If I think abt it, this makes sense. Itna hate all of a sudden for ex-husband you were thinking & remembering abt just few months back - wow!!
