Your honor, it was an extra ordinary situation where my kid needed a baap cause identity crisis na ho - I never met my bio mom.and was in guilt over step mom's death. I didn't want repeat of it. So I appeal the bc fraud case is removed so that I can fight for my kid in higher court

Reason for fighting for further custody

The kid already has a dad and I don't need two Papa's

Ex mil is abusive to me and might harm my kid

Your case is rejected. Your mom being in 90s was manage to raise her child alone. Why do you feel your kid will have identity crisis 😐 looking at your history you seems to be pro in escaping. If you really felt thay your child needs a family give kid to abhimanyu birla and escape. He will take care of kid. Even inform the kid that unfortunately you are his mom.

1. How much were you able to earn post last hearing.

2. Did you corrected birth ceritificate fraud. I have a report which states you visited birla mansiom more than government offices.
