The kuch ankahi page already put the scene of salman trying to kiss aaliya's hands wala BTS and it's quality is really bad. I doubt those are released by Bilal. Maybe they got it and he told them not to release it.

Even if they started dating it's only been few months and I highly doubt bilal or duree will let that out to the fans unless they are planning to get married. Duree has been dating Omar till few months ago and she just started her career.
