yup you heard it right.From the moment, all the Danish turning rich plot started,i lost interest,otherwise i was liking the story.There was no need of that track in my pov or Mehwish wanting to come back to Danish or even Danish's death was unnecessary,nonetheless the dialogues and direction kept me hooked.

It was a mix of ego and revenge both. I didn't like Danish from episode 1 for being over possessive husband. I mean, you married the super beautiful woman so you should be knowing what you are gonna face..I remember how he got angry when Mehwish danced with the other man but he himself when did, he was giving explanation regarding that.. He was also like my wife can't wear certain kind of clothes because he didn't want other men to look at her It's just that Mehwish was more evil so he got victimised.

TBH, i have seen this in most of Pak dramas, men easily get away with everything and women are mostly shown in bad light. An evil woman mostly dies in the end but evil, bigamist , cheater or grey men are mostly forgiven..or are victimised..

Mehwish came back to him because she got cheated by the man who she left with and was kicked out by his wife.

Anyways, I don't expect much from KRQ dramas because it's his pattern, he always victimise his male leads and show women as cheaters..He is a big misogynist which is reflected in his dramas.

Mere Pass tum ho was another regressive drama where they glorified the problematic male lead and presented him as victim when he was nothing but a possessive husband with regressive mindset who was insecure of any man coming close to his beautiful wife. The kid does not actually deserve both parents, they both were selfish, one was blinded to take revenge from his wife and the other , the wife, wanted a luxurious life. None of them actually cared about the kid ..

Regressive dramas get better ratings even in ITV, not surprised.

Danish was problematic but he was glorified.He was like dont wear short sleeve,dont dance,dont talk with other man,he was full of insecurity.Mehwish was a rebel and wanted to become rich,both the characters didnt deserve Rumi.He was sweet kid whose childhood got disrupted due to his parents,i absolutely hated how Rumi was not taken care of by Danish,that kid needed attention at that tender age but no his father was busy as to how to become a billionaire rather than looking after his only kid,who got abandoned by his mom and needed his dad the most!

Mehwish left her husband and according to PTV fans, worst thing a woman can do in these shows is hurt the feelings of men..

Many male leads have done what she did but somehow women doing it is just unforgivable and a major sin..

the writer is a horrible person but i would have liked it if when the husband's character dies, she married someone else.. better than the two guys she was with just to troll the audience.. lol the meltdown would have been glorious...

Salman also don't want to get married right away. He clearly told his mom he wants to marry after having a house.

The drama literally butchered Aaliya and Salman for an unwanted love triangle that had to be dragged till the last epsiode.

You absolutely wrote apt explanation. And this was the major issue.I had with the drama. I felt so bad for Rumi. He didn't deserve both of his parents.
