What exactly went down offscreen.
I caught up with kuch ankahi and I found salman nothing more than a whiny insecure guy, not one step of progression, he always ends up saying hurtful things to aaliya at the expense pf his own fears and insecurity.
Like everybody knows aaliya took a loan to save her house but who are you to taunt her about that,it's not like you were magically going t save the house for her.
Asfar is a sane option to choose aaliya behen.

Mere Pass tum ho was another regressive drama where they glorified the problematic male lead and presented him as victim when he was nothing but a possessive husband with regressive mindset who was insecure of any man coming close to his beautiful wife. The kid does not actually deserve both parents, they both were selfish, one was blinded to take revenge from his wife and the other , the wife, wanted a luxurious life. None of them actually cared about the kid ..
Regressive dramas get better ratings even in ITV, not surprised.
In short pak audience love shit shows

if Aliya is smart she would choose Asfar.. imagine living a life with someone like Salman.. honeymoon period doesn't last forever no matter how much you're in love..then all you've left is bitterness and passive aggressive behaviour..dude doesn't even have a house of his own...

he should really work on his insecurities before entering a relationship, salman lacks understanding unlike asfar

I didn't watch Mere pass tum ho but I read that Danish strived to become rich for satisfying his ego not for taking revenge. I guess it was Mehwish who came back to him right?
