Yes both are not toxic for sure, they had their set of mistakes and they rectified it, they forgive eachother and I think that's what NM mean when she said pyaar me toh sab kuch maaf he , they would forgive their every single mistake for the sake of one another.

I have been reading posts of WHYs of Meerab not confessing and WHYs of Murtsaum going on his knees to apologiseā¦In my opinion both these scenarios have been written and excecuted exceptionally well ā¦ To understand this letās start from epi 46 ā¦. Meerab sees Haya hugging Murtsaum tightly and she looses her cool ā¦. Ugly events follow and she leaves ā¦. In the 2 years of separation only thing she is thinking 24/7 is Murtsaumā¦. Finally confesses to Saba , goes to the extent of saying that she loves him more than he does ā¦. When she decided to go back to him , it was a GIANT step taken by her ā¦. Old Meerab wouldnāt have , there is NO way but we have new Meerab now ā¦. Even aunty didnāt say return for Meesam , she said return for your love and she does ā¦.. now when she walked out she saw Murtsaum and haya in a hug and now when she walks in what does she see ā¦.. and that sight is not going to go away that easilyā¦. Some events of your life never really fade away , because they are stored in some part of your brain and they remain there forever! There are times when your senses will trigger it and they wonāt be a delete button to delete them
Had she been just one minute late then nikah would have taken place ā¦.itās natural for her suspicions , that image of back hug to again resurface in some corner of her heartā¦. All said and done she has stayed true to Murtsaumā¦ Now it would have looked OTT had she gone on how much she loves him , missed him etc ā¦ we know she does , Murtsaum knows ā¦ actions have spoken louder than words ā¦.but Murtsaum has a lot of damage control to do ā¦ Now coming to his kneeling down ā¦ I think that scene was absolutely brilliantā¦. Going down on the knees doesnāt equate to being a puppy dog . Itās just a sweet gesture men do to woo women in a cute way. And they were sitting side by side so you canāt have a conversation like that . One has to be aamney saamney and the way he kneeled , it was so specialā¦followed by the way she wiped his tears , touched his face so lovinglyā¦that scene made their hotness rise to scorching level because kuch alag hi baat theeā¦hug na karana lekin inta kareeb aa jaana. There's a beauty in this holding back ā¦For me it made more passionate & intense than seeing a hug . It was so subtle ā¦. and subtle it had to be because they are meeting after two years and Murtsaum is the guilty one here so I think the way they handled it was just perfect . All those promises Meerab took from Murtsaum were taken to lighten the situation ā¦did you guys not see her body language? Nowhere there was the arrogance of old Meerab ā¦ . Those promises came from a woman in love ..they were from the new Meerab who loves her husband to the core and just trying to lighten the mood and not give too much of thought to what would have happened had she been just one minute late ā¦ Had Meerab not walked on almost nikah then things would have been differentā¦. but now itās Murtsaum who is the guilty one and by accepting him Meerab has proved beyond any doubt that he matters THE MOST for her and loves him with if not more then same intensity as he does .

IMO Meerab isn't definitely a person who'd go back to murtasim for the sake of her daughter, because she's self centered enough to think and live in her own trauma and victimhood mentality.
Every time looking at meesam she could think of murtasim which means she's been longing for him and realised when she confessed to Saba that she indeed ā¤ļø murtasim more than he does.
Even if it's MR she'd gone back to murtasim only because she wanted to be with him. Her gripe about their consummation can be that how murtasim didn't let her initiate or make the first move(if it's MR)

Farooq can be a similar plot device like Rohail(IN BOLD). The root cause could be Murtasimās unhealthy possessiveness about his wife. The problem lies with the foundation of their relationship and their unwillingness to lose ground to reach the other person.His actions are always short when compared to his tall words/promises and she thinks your emotions your problem what have I got to do. This can be the central theme of their MUs.

There is a lot of difference between the MK prior to epi 46 and the MK we saw in last couple of episodes. Previous KMK had attitude, arrogancy and a big fat ego .. The KMK we saw yesterday was a dejected man. According to his own words he realised he is nothing without meerub and was like a living dead when she was gone..He desperately wanted her forgiveness and that's the reason he was literally begging her to never leave him..
Many people felt he wasn't acting like KMK, but how can you expect him to be like before when he is consumed with his own guilt and pretty much lost confidence and had given up on everything?
The moment Meerub said she won't leave him ever again , his smile came back and he was alive again..
In the khet scene, we could feel the same old cheerful KMK because now he realises Meerub won't leave him again and has reciprocated his love..He regained his confidence after getting her back..
