IMO love isn't about baraabari, love is not being able to live without the other person and not able to find anything meaningful in their absence. Love is understanding EO'S language of love and getting comfortable dealing with the other half's flaws.
If they both compete EO in professing the importance to one another it may look good, but it'll sound too shallow.
Love for him is professing, waking up to see her, love for her is his constant staring, adoring her every move and him pleading her not to leave. That's not toxicity IMHO it's accepting or understanding the other person's language of love.
Truly when the other person is missing we mostly miss their constant behaviour be it even chiding, nagging or taunting.
Only because the other person knows us better than our ownself the need to live and depend on them till eternity exists.
Simply put love Reduces
