Just talking behind curtains and closed windows is not lub dub or indicated move on

Her body language is different than her words

"The presence or absence of a father’s name on a birth certificate might have a major influence on his or her parenting rights. In most circumstances, if a person’s name appears on a child’s birth certificate as the child’s father, courts will immediately assume that they are the child’s legal father. As the legal father of the kid, they will be awarded different custody rights. Even if the individual is not the biological father of the kid, if their name appears on the birth certificate as such, courts may award them custody rights. They may also impose other obligations on them, such as the obligation to pay child support if the situation arises. If the father’s name is not on the kid’s birth certificate, he is unlikely to be awarded any custody rights, partial or full, over the child. If they want legal rights to the kid and are the biological father, they may need to take a paternity test to show the court that they are the biological father. Because children are most attached to their mothers, when a father seeks custody or full custody, he must consider his child’s wishes and, most importantly, what is best for their children’s lives."

Just so that we know that there is absolute legal precedence of non-biological fathers being the "legal father" in India. Nothing would happen to a mother for entering someone else's name as the father in the birth certificate if done with their consent. Lol.

Just want to understand better - whose consent is needed? The biological father’s or mother’s?

PS when they can be divorced without both being present to submit the papers, roam around with fake documents in first leap without consequences and so on - I doubt that they would show accuracy in other legal procedures.
