. As of now toh he is Indian citizen. Once he gets a job there he can stay and later he can apply for residency or whatever .He did his engineering from Warrick in 2020 but by then some new rule had come which didn’t allow international students to get a job even after finishing their studies in UK so my nephew had to come back to India . My brother believes heavily in astrology . My nephew’s horoscopes was very bad from 2020 till 2023 January… after February it was top class so that’s why my nephew sat for GMAT only in February when his great time started … got 700 score….got denied admissions from all other places but my brother was 100% sure that in September 2023 he is going to London to study .because that’s what the horoscope said.Like a miracle when all the schools had denied admission, my nephew gets a letter from SAID for it . He got it in waiting list , I think . My nephews horoscope is the only one that’s been coming 100% true , rest of ours including my brothers , 100% false 😂
Due to covid everything was in stop! We didn't have classes from 2020 onward up until 2022

All I know legally you need to study for 10 years and then you apply for residence or if you work!
Uk is hard to get resident permit unless you merry or whatever! But for say your nephew case job wise, hopefully inshallah he will get sponsor! As it’s Oxford
Yes after 2019 the grantee 2 years job visa expired now you need company to sponsor you. And payment must be over certain threshold
One of my friends 2 years sponsor finishing this year 😐😐 so yea it’s quit a headache!
unless your brother sounds rich, invest 2 million I think and you can apply for citizenship
