It's not British. Watch her mashion iv. She has a weird mix of Desi and some other accent. She pronounces some words like British or American or Canadian or whatever it is and some in normal South Asian accent.

He barely had any leg moment. He just swing from left to right. Pak actors don't have much energy while dancing. Hania and kubra were also just dancing for the sake of dancing.
