But question is it left to AB to continue with that case or the court has already decided? I thought it was the court decision. I am pretty sure we won’t get to see it. Already it’s been conveniently ignore by most that it was one of the main reason besides the financial situation. BP did not tell anyone about it. They only said financial issue. KV gave such an over the top reaction cause he felt how could they not give custody only due to financial reason. It’s already forgotten.

BP kis muh se kehta ki uske grand daughter ne 420 wala kaam Kiya hai.. 😝😂🤣

Aur KV kitna buddhu hai to state that middle class Wale apne bachchon ko nahi palte hai kya.

Koi Kairav bhaiyya ko samjhaye, not every middle class family goes to court for custody cases!!! In custody cases, first consideration is always on financials, if there is no DV or crime involved. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

Absolutely loved your post...you addressed all of the points that I have gotten tired of repeating cause people have memory loss. The show's direction is very clear on everyone's reasons for the custody case. I wish they spent more time on it and gave a decision that actually made sense. But this custody drama was just restarted to remove Abhi from Abhir's life and so from Sharma fam's life and so Abhinav no longer feels insecure.

Ak has no trust in anyone basically. No trust in Abhinav for staying with them or fighting for them despite Abhi's presence, no trust in Abhir for choosing his parents of six years over his birth father, and most importantly, no trust in herself for being able to manage this situation. So she went for custody cause it would remove the source of her anxiety that is Abhi. In none of this the focus was on Abhir or what right for him. It's all about herself and her insecurities wrt Abhi. She accepted that he is a good father, then what is the issue ? The issue is, Abhi said that we three will always have to be together for Abhir. She still hates Abhi, and still refuses to acknowledge him as Abhir's father.

Whatever Abhimayu does is proven to be wrong .. Instance he was starring at his ex itseems yesterday, without any shame . So what should he do , if he jumps and hugs KM ...people will call him selfish dekho bacha cheen liya .etc etc KM ne haat pakad ke lekar gayi 6 saal ka batcha hain kya ....dekha tho problem, nahi dekha tho problem, apne ma ke saat Gaya tho problem ....Banda ko karna kya chahiye

Kya dekna hain kya nahi ....

This is an interesting point.....and now I'm reminded of the strange/disturbed look Akshara gave anytime Abhi talked about how all three of them have to manage things together each time.

Akshara on the surface may have given Abhimanyu token assurances that they are doing coparenting together for now but inside the anxiety remained and she did want a sure shot way of cutting Abhi off from Abhir....and this custody battle provided that opportunity after which she must have felt she will have the upper hand to decide when and how much Abhi will have access to Abhir and she can live in her fantasy bubble in Kasauli.

LOL at Akshara not trusting herself....in what way? Does she feel Abhi continuing to hang around their lives as Abhir's father will eventually compel her to recognize his emotions as a father for Abhir and not just do blind Nav jaap all the time? 😆

Ak not trusting herself......yeah. But also, and I am very unsure about this, it may be my Abhira goggles, but maybe she is afraid of herself seeing Abhi again as he really is. During Abhi's Kasauli stay she kept trying to keep herself in check about trusting Abhi and stuff. The most progress in Navra relationship also only happened as she slowly lost her anger on Abhi. I mean just a couple of months back she ran after Abhi when he got in an accident. She may be afraid of her own feelings resurfacing. Along with Nav's insecurities as she and Abhi go back to how they were originally with each other. Ak has blocked all the good times with Abhi and convinced herself their relationship was a toxic mess. All her several lies even to herself are slowly falling away.
