They did not mention in precap if he knows about Abhimanyu, but if he is staying with Birlas then by next weekend he will know for sure. I just hope they do not stretch that track. The problem is that they unnecessarily overstretching jahan zaroorat nhi hai, while jo achhe tracks ho sakte the usko 2-3 days mein nipta de rahe hain. And I also find it unfair that Abhir gets to know Abhim is his father but not about WD and what lead Ak to leave. But at the same time I don’t want him to know either and be the hateful kid

Custody cases are always complicated ones.. In reality court is always soft on Mothers it's never this way that's shown with just visitation rights.

Coming to Financial status like really? So poor and middle class couples can't have family or shouldn't have children only rich manipulators like birlas can b good parents..

A child can have mothers name and surname too it's in itv we have importance of fathers name.. It can be Abhir Akshara no need for surname

If we have to believe some spoilers, Life will change for Akshara and Abhinav. Abhinav will become a rich businessman. Akshara will practice law. They will reopen and fight back Abhir. But writers have to be competent to give us a proper legal battle. They are good with festival and weddings. So not much expectation. Let's wait and watch.

Really they were soft ,from beginning just double standard,they never wanted abhimanyu to be part of Abhir's life as father,they wanted him to be just docman,and give Visitation right twice a year
