I mean, unless Abhir himself decides to use that name, I don't think it matters much...

When (if) judgement will reverse, given Akshara is Sharma, child will probably get new last name too. So, as long as Akshara is Sharma and there is legal decision is in favor of AkshNav in future, he will go back to being Sharma.

All I care to know is how will Abhir start calling himself that...

Ab toh abhir Sharma ho iske baad toh bhi it doesn’t matter because jhol ko jo limelight dena chahiye tha woh aj national tv par diya. That’s enough for me.
