Whatever the case may be..i just know that it's not a "crime" to mention the new husbands name and not the biological father ..its seriously not a big deal.....she also had the option to keep the fathers column empty since she was single that time.....It can be corrected easily , incase needed , just by producing an affidavit of name change from the court. So akshu Is not a "criminal" nor did she do anything illegal nor forge any document ..

The govt.of india doesn't care what's written in abhirs fathers name column ...

It’s not crime at all considering Ak made up her mind to never go back to UD or have anything to do with the Birlas. So she was right from her perspective.

that line has used word “may be” so it’s case by case thing and applies to those whose father are serial killer, murderer, rapist etc.

Abhimanyu Akshara is divorced couple and not come under any “special” category.

Birth certificate thing can put Akshara in more legal trouble considering father was completely unaware about child’s existence and it is very much debatable point by lawyers so in this case abhinav couldn’t get any legal rights on abhir in the presence/absence of Akshara.
Akshara zinda ho tab bhi court uss birth certificate thing ko very easily dismiss kar sakti hai, Akshara dead ho tab toh koi chance he nahi abhinav ka.

On a funny note, For any Law student out there, this YRKKH court drama would be such a huge case study material considering we have so many legit discussions on this forum 🤣🤣
