I feel like him grabbing her wrist and dragging her out could still pass off. But, if I'm remembering correctly, he slammed her much harder than his hand, because there was a distinct sound that I heard when her back hit the wall. I think Titli should have understood then, not about him being abusive, but just how fierce he can be when he's angry.
Yeahh, there was that sound plus her wincing as well. When she was reminiscing at night, she did say there was no need for him to be that angry when all she asked for was a smile in return. As she spends more time with him, I think she'll start thinking about this more often. Heck, she may even speak to him about it cuz the way he behaves isn't always right.
