Since we are justifying them, maybe Mashree is among board of directors on papers but practically has no say. Doesn't attend the meetings etc.

But on a serious note not only is legally not possible to run such an organization, also this shows highly regressive mindset of Mahajans.

They do have female employees (like that secretary) but no one in senior position, it seems like they feel women are good for only secretarial Jobs

Or is it that after Prem's case they became cautious and stopped hiring female employees completely. If yes then with such a zero diversity no foreign European US company will like to have them as a vendor or purchase stuff with them.

Yes you are right there was no Ruhi promo, could it mean that she isn't that important or that they are keeping her character under wraps

That makes me wonder Arjun is also secondary?? Not only did we not have his promo, Prem's promo showed his family Bhumi, Yuvika and Isha but no Arjun

I was actually of the opinion that they Prem Bhumi only have daughters

If that were the case Subhadra would be involved in business too.. if not CEO then in BOD.. its their parampara from start no females from their family in office

They r running a multi crore company.. hv private hospitals nd jet as well.. i dont think they r unknown at internation level
