I agree, everything in this logically points to there being more than meets the eye. The biggest conflict is him talking about Ishq after getting engaged to Haya. Also the fact that they didn’t show him being forced into it. Yes they were trying to convince him but he wasn’t forced. His dialogue to Haya about wanting to run away, and forgetting they’re engaged 😂 and then his conversation to MB about his responsibilities always being more important than his happiness makes me think he is defeated and depressed. He definitely is aware that Haya is toxic, I’m not sure he’s aware of everything but the way he treats her tells me he’s aware of her nature. Honestly, I would almost feel bad for Haya if she wasn’t so evil looking at how she is being treated by Murtasim who is supposed to be her fiancé.Originally posted by: pickachu
logically dialogues ko dekha jaye tu murtasim has already found meerab and he is doing this nikkah drama with haya because he wants to punish her.
Remember he asked haya abt being there on meerasim separation day.She lied abt it.I wonder why would he ask her at that time, if he did not doubt her.Another hint was that jewellery amanat dialogue. 3rd hint was him asking saba abt meerab's whereabouts after his engagement with haya in which he clearly remembers that ring will only be given to haya if he lost hope of finding meerab. 4th is how asim's character was able to get that huge amount for meerab's operation. 5th is his dialogue abt ishq and intezar.
Ye sare clue iss ke taraf point out kar rahein hain ka he knows abt meesam and meerab. But then writer is NM tu baji koi aur hi bakwas twist dalein ge jo humne expect bhi nahi kiya hoga😆.Maybe meerab ka pyar main murtasim bipolar hogaya tha ya isse multiple personality disorder hogaya tha 🤣.
Another thing I noticed is that when Saba asked Murtasim if he will continue looking for Meerab then he didn’t say anything. They showed him stop and think to himself. This can’t all be in there for nothing. Some things seem like they’re just dropped so I don’t know what to think anymore.
I really wish we had some insight into what Murtasim is thinking.
