Either they will need two actors or should go for some actor that looks very young with clean shave and 32 with a beard. I cannot think of anyone that can pass off as a 19yr old. Billu can pass off as a 21-22yr old of he has his dobara look and a 32yr old in his ishq murshid look but not a 19yr old.
Two actor option is good but we might not get connect with two actors playing same role. Ahad bilal both can do it but if you read it you instantly imagine fawad as sikander. My second option was hamza. But they are getting older and we have no idea when they will start the drama.
