She doesn't want to go back because she doesn't trust Manjiri and family, she is hurt and she . The day they successfully build that trust and come together, I do think makers have planned AkshNav itna deeply. They are still kind of floating the idea.

Plus, her concern for Aru at this point could also be the reason... There is absolutely no 100% clarity that she won't return if above things are sorted. I mean she should have rather focused on how Abhir is happy and was happy till date without even slightest idea about Abhimanyu's existence. Matlab imagine na, that's the whole base for the argument that Abhir cannot live without Abhinav.

She said she loves Abhinav. That trust part and all was to point out Manjari's hypocrisy. Main reason is, she loves Abhinav, Abhir loves Abhinav and all three are very happy together.

Akshara's words are in a way a reply to the audience too. People claim that everything is happening because of Abhinav. But like she said, she's now very happy in her life with Abhinav and loves him dearly. However, even if this was not the case, even if she was a single mother, she would not choose to go back to Abhimanyu and Birlas, after everything they did to her.
