Tag Buddies is an option, but not everyone is a buddy, and the buddies are from different forums.

Some kind of option where you create a list with x persons, and when you want to tag, you have a pop up with all the names in that specific list, and you can tick the checkboxes next to their name and tag them 10 at a time?
