Maybe yes(IN BOLD) but from my POV they both liked EO. During her hospital admission she tells murtasim how her efforts to run away from him results in him getting onto her head even more, she's talking about her futile attempts of not thinking about him.

The way murtasim chided BH for asking about marriage with meerab, the way he cuts MB from elaborating meerab's negative traits, the way he turns his back after telling some suitable guy for meerab, he knows very well the custom of only marrying within the family yet he tactfully delivers the message. That's why he's the undisputed dramaqueen 👑 of TB🤣

In both the birthday scene and flat scene, the moment MK enters the two venues, his gaze is locked on Merub's and he walks over to her without losing eye contact. He doesn't even look at who is there, what is happening around him - he is so hyper-focused on just her.

In both those events, MK looks at Rohail and attacks him when he feels Rohail is challenging his Haq. In the birthday scene, MK is triggered when Rohail puts his hands on Merub and tries to stop MK from taking her. This is when he first looks at Rohail in the eye in the scene and then lunges at him with the cake knife. In the flat scene, it is when Rohail calls Merub his mohabbat before she is MK's wife, MK gets triggered and turns around to look at Rohail for the first time and punches him.

I have huge doubt! Murtasam planned his marriage. He knows Meerab won’t accept easily! He had that experience. He knows her inside out.

From episode 1- the away he fell in love , it just looks odd. You do not fall in 1 day.

Also if you refer back to MB comments. She knows her son very well!

She loves Murtasam too much and will do anything for him. She probably already feeling guilty of forcing him to look after everything!
