I watched the precap and I feel Abhir will reassure Ak and Nav that he isn’t curious about his RWP furthering Ak’s mistaken belief that Abhir isn’t dying of curiosity to know who is his RWP. Abhi is reading his son’s mind and heart correctly and Ak seems to be in denial.

Will this result in Abhi proceeding with the custody case so that his rights are not ignored ( per promo) ?

That is interesting from the precap it seems like Nav wants to tell, so I don't know why Ak will stop him. I think Nav is shown consistently as being a better parent so at least he should know that Abhir needs to know the full truth now.

I feel like the promo is just to instigate. In reality it may just be that Abhir may ask to go live with Abhi for a few days and that's all that will happen. At this stage, why would Abhi go for a court case? He can just tell Abhir if he disagrees with Ak not telling him.
