What are you talking about? Didn't Abhimanyu already file for paternity? I think he did establish biological rights but Abhinav is the legal father still. This custody battle will take away Abhinav's rights and establish Abhimanyu as legal father and then take full custody. His redemption would be giving back those rights to Abhinav.

Why is it beyond you and baffling you when it's the law? 😆 A mother can put someone else as legal father if abuse is involved. They don't even need to inform biological father, forget giving rights to him. Indian Penal Court is extremely pro mothers due to abysmal rates of abuse and female foeticide. Mothers hold most of the power and decide for the chold.

Also formally adopting step son and the laws pertaining to them isnt bogus at all 😆. But Abhinav is the legal father right now cause he's on the birth certificate. If a paternity fraud is brought up, she'd bring up domestic abuse and easily win.

Someone told me a mother can write any name on the BC and is legal.

So I'm thinking to write tom cruise's name on my child's BC. 🫣☺️☺️

Nope, when the father is not in the picture, the mother can write the husband’s name. There is no adoption or legal guardianship going on here lol. I am saying this because I’ve seen/done a lot of cases where the father is not in the picture/doesn’t want the baby and the mother chooses to write a different name.

Father decides to come back later in life and wants custody but ends up getting visitation and nothing else.
Even kids don’t want such fathers at that point let alone anything else.

Again not all step fathers treat their kids like Nav treats Abhir so he’s very lucky in that matter.

Doesn't matter if she's married to Nav or not BC can also be issued to unmarried parents but u don't give misinformation
