abhi and akshu has every right on abhir. Abhinav currently has no rights on abhir. Unless he has adopted abhir with parents permission.

No it isn't. Try proving it to the court that wife leaving the husband without informing or a girl rejecting a boy causing mental health issues with him is abuse or not . Have you ever experienced anxiety ? I did , a few years bk during corona time..its one of the worst feelings..i couldn't breathe , my body was shaking..the blood pressure went up against the limit ..first time in my life I took anxiety pills , second time I refused to take it and went for healing ..this issue doesn't occur in one day. It's years of torturing yourself mentally , you know it when it starts manifesting physically and its tough to reverse the side effects then. I refuse to believe that a "surgeon " would be allowed to operate in such a condition , incase his issues r known ..surgeons have to work with utmost precision as you might be knowing . It's unethical if he does it ..

As for akshu practicing as a therapist with anxiety issues , yes I made fun of it a lot of times but still then a patient won't die if she stops singing. Therapist was anyways shown as a joke coz akshu was singing "lag ja gale phir ye haseen raat ho na ho" to patients who underwent surgery 😆

Also, while claiming custody the parent must be in sound mental health. If abhim isn't he shouldn't be getting the custody?

Arre bhai. Tum abhinav fan ho theek hai. In real world if a girl child handed over to step father calling him to be legal guardian kya tum uska gurantee logi.

Keep fiction out of real life. Real life logiclaly socho. Character ke pyaar main ithna bhi andhe nahi where we just think it's okay to replace a father in real life just because he divorced his wife.

Ek bacche ke liye uske real maa papa and only those parents who has good will can be a parents in absense of real parents or if real parent is not behaving well with the kid.

Here real father is very much cordial with kid toh abhinav can't be legal guardian unless abhim gives up the custody. Aise toh koi bhi maa papa replace kardenge.

And akshu is questioned for replacing father on birth certificate as she is supposed to leave it blank if she has problem with abhim.she can not replace abhi's existence.

If u have had anxiety issues , I hope u r in a better place nd r taking appropriate help for it

Please do share with me where you found out that surgeon with anxiety issues can't practice if they're taking treatment for the same nd it's not absolutely crippling for them

Why do you think it's okay for a therapist but not a surgeon is beyond me... it's the same as long as the anxiety is not crippling nd they take help for it nd manage , it's fine....Ak therapist career was a joke on the show irl therapy isn't

For someone who's had anxiety issues idk how u can be so apathetic to use words like mentally sound like that...please search for the definition of the word wrt to custody cases

Also just to add if healing is what worked for you it's great , a lot of people tend to go therapy nd takes pills...let us remind urself not to create any stigma against them

I know u r too abhim fan soo don’t make this thing as fiction vs real life…i someother post when I mentioned real life than u people r saying it’s fiction don’t over think(like the most qualities of abhim were discussed and why shouldn’t he get 2nd chace from ak) now u r asking me to think real life conditions….first get clarity man and tell me should i think ak and abhim and nav as fiction character and fictional senarios or should i think them as real characters and should imagine about real life senarios….i mean in real lifes there are many abusive fathers to their girl child and many of them sell them of or kill them( rich or not)….and mothers leave their abusive parthers gor their kids and there are many stepfathers love then as their own and kids themselves call them dads with love….this is too real life incidents soo ur wish

Again not a legal expert but children r not meant to given away as gifts by either the mother or father

Divorce between parents is not equivalent to the father relinquishing his parental rights

The parents can be hating on each other but both of them have rights to their and responsibilities towards them too

It's ITV so they won't go into legality but just FYI there's a whole lot of procedure involved in formally adopting a child as a stepfather just getting mother's consent is not enough
