His wife seems to like the attention she gets from the public and got obsessed with her looks which made her not satisfied with her physical appearance. I checked out her insta pics and even before the surgery she used to heavily filter her photos. Seems like she has always been a bit too obsessed with her looks. Does she come from a well off family and does she have good educational background? How old was she when she got married? I never looked into her before this surgery fiasco so don't know much about her.

I loved her in that one role she played and the reason she became my favorite was because usually actresses enact the so-called strong female lead characters in the same fashion .. (the ones the irk me in these roles -sajal , Mahira, sana javed) preachy , boring with agonised expressions but naimal's portrayal was surprisingly good for a newcomer..
