Yoga aur beshumar paisa

She has an insane figure.I have watched her on tv shows.Her body doesn't look too toned.It is as smooth and shapely as when she was much younger.I have seen HW stars ,whose bodies have become hard and wiry.

No matter how many surgeons and nutritionists and trainer you hire, this kinda body requires insane amounts of dedication and hard work.

My yoga teacher who is 50+ looks toned and not a day younger than 30. She has been doing yoga since she was a teenager i believe and that’s all she does other than timely food and sleep. She doesn’t even follow any fad diets or for that matter any other exercises like walking jogging etc.
