1) This Maharishi is an impostor (probably of the real one), and brought by the Senapati

2) Dhruv will expose him, and then D-T marriage takes place.

3) However, despite being fake, the point he makes will come true. Vallabhgarh gets destroyed because D-T break the laws of time and get married.

But didn't Vallabhgarh get destroyed anyway? That's the future we saw when Tara was supposedly married to Senapati. Kisi se bhi ho ye shaadi hi Panauti lagti hai.
