Priyal's lack of action regarding Karthik's harrassment

While I do appreciate how Priyal encouraged Radhika to move forward without bothering about the rumours, Karthik and gang's accusations are clear forms of 'harrassment' and 'bullying'.

Shouldn't Priyal take some action on that?

Is it fair to ask Radhika to just keep ignoring? And ignore to what extent? Till when? If people are adamant on dragging you down, you will eventually break because we are human. These forms of bullying force millions around the world into suicide or cause trauma.

While I understand that this show is trying to emphasize Radhika's hardships in making it big, it is seriously so misleading about corporate culture. Had Priyal said something along the lines of 'upper management wouldn't care..' OR 'they will merely get suspended and will return to make your life hell'.. at least that would have balanced the fact that there are some measures in place though not effective enough. But she completely brushed aside or ignored the idea of any punishment for the boys, and merely just asked Radhika to not bother.

Also, what about the fact that they are men and she's a woman. It's like telling the girls to look the other way if a guy tries to harrass her, instead of encouraging her to file a complaint and get them punished

And I'm sure Radhika will buy Priyal's crap and be like I'm gonna be a mahan FL who will move forward in life amidst all the negativity, instead of fighting it out.

Just saw tonight's episode and while I like that the girls ganged up against Karthik, I really want some strict action to be taken against bullying in the workplace.

I completely agree. The matter should have been taken to the HR and Karthik should have been given a warning atleast that a harassment of this type won't be tolerated at the workplace. Just asking Radhika to ignore is a misleading message. It's like boys can get away with anything and girls should learn to ignore.

In real life, if Priyal is resolving the matter, she would be reported because all she's doing is indirectly instigating the office matter. Senior manager or HR would get wind of this. Highly intolerable, IMO.
