She knows she loves MK. She knows MK loves her. She understands and acknowledges his care and understanding for her.

This separation is about her identity crisis. About her abandonment issues. She can't find herself without MK is what she needs to realise.

She has to realise she's going nowhere and is still lost, and decide to return for Meesam, but the engagement news will stop her from returning. Then it will be the circumstances that will make her realise whatever it is I guess.
