He saw all her actions of creating misunderstandings, harming meerab, painting him as cheater as her attempt to get his love.

People defended it by saying haya doesn't exist for him when that's not the truth

If she doesn't exist for him, he wouldn't have said this just after one day of almost loosing meerab because of haya's misunderstanding

I seriously want to know whom does Murtasim love, Meerab or Haya?

I get that Meerasim have not reached a point where they can trust each other and the situations were also not favourable. So I understand Murtasim not trusting Meerab(not talking about him thinking she ran away with Rohail). But I don't understand him trusting Haya who gave him enough reasons to not trust her. The way he defended Haya in front of Meerab when she was trying to explain him about Haya after their meeting with Naurez tells that he trusts Haya over Meerab. What is love? Love is trusting, respecting, understanding someone. He does all this with Haya more than Meerab. He trusts her, talks respectfully to her even after knowing what she did and understands her and thinks about not hurting her feelings.

He does not love her. He definitely has the attraction, care and worry for her but I don’t think he loves her. Like someone said the way he treats both Haya and Meerab is similar and more when it comes to Haya except that he is attracted to Meerab.
After the accident track, Haya told Meerab if she was in Meerab’s place then Murtasim would have saved her too by putting his life in danger. I want to believe her words. Remember the eye check up scene, it was just that something went into Haya’s eyes and Murtasim was so concerned about her. If Haya was in an accident he might have put himself in danger and saved her.
